One of Australia’s most respected Pregnancy and Female Fitness Trainers, Dahlas Fletcher is on a mission to help women cherish their bodies with an easy, accessible and proven female-focused fitness strategy.

Dahlas knew she wanted her new brand to feel empowering, warm, strong and feminine. To smash this brief, we curated a clean aesthetic (think light turquoise, shades of light and baby pink, white, grey and black), juxtaposed with lush natural textures like succulents. Her brand and website now feel like a calming, friendly oasis for the health-conscious women on a quest to build a stronger core and pelvic floor.
