A soft and dreamy brand for a creative course creator

Natalie Trusler, creator of the Sewing Circle, is on a mission to help mamas find nourishment and creativity through the art of hand-sewing.

Natalie wanted her brand to feel soft and inviting to mothers with a crafty, handcrafted feel - and that’s exactly what we delivered.

Inspired by nature and homecrafts, we created leafy fern and scissor illustrations, and paired them with patterned scrapbook paper taped to soft, dreamy Polaroid photos. Texturally, we folded in homemade artist watercolour paper and playful pastel polka dots. The pastel colours which repeat throughout her brand - soft apricot, dusty rose brown, autumnal gold, coral pink and soft canary yellow - feel rich yet soft with a warm glow lit from within.

To bring the brand design all together, we selected the sweet and friendly handwritten display font Saturday Script and the vintage-inspired Parker, with clean and approachable Montserrat for the body text.
