Flourish Online Pty Ltd (ABN: 63 167 990 463) is a digital branding agency based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All products and services are provided by Flourish Online unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SECTION 1
Squarespace Templates
These terms apply to all Squarespace website templates sold through the Flourish Online template shop.
1. What You’re Purchasing
You are purchasing a Squarespace website template — a pre-designed, editable website structure that you customise and publish yourself. The template is provided as-is, ready to transfer to your Squarespace account.
Your purchase includes:
Transfer of the template to your nominated Squarespace account
Access to the accompanying tutorial library
A get-your-website-ready-to-launch checklist
Email support for 7 days from the date of transfer
2. Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to provide your Squarespace account details. The template will be transferred to your account within 48 business hours of receiving your details.
A Squarespace account is required to use the template. If you do not have one, you will need to create one. Squarespace subscription fees are not included in your purchase and are payable directly to Squarespace.
3. Licence
Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable, personal licence to use the template for one website and one business only. This means:
The template may only be installed on one Squarespace website
The template is for your personal or business use only — it cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared
You cannot transfer your licence to another person, business, or account
You cannot use the template as the basis for creating templates or design products to sell to others
You may customise the template as much as you like for your own use. Flourish Online retains all intellectual property rights in the original template design.
4. Refund Policy
All Squarespace template purchases are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances once the purchase is complete. This applies regardless of whether the template has been transferred or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Support
Email support is included for 7 days from the date of template transfer. Support covers questions about customising the template using Squarespace’s built-in tools.
Support does not include custom coding, third-party integrations, or issues arising from changes made outside the standard Squarespace editor. Extended support packages are available separately.
6. Squarespace Platform
Flourish Online templates are built for Squarespace. We are not affiliated with or employed by Squarespace Inc. We are not responsible for any changes Squarespace makes to its platform, pricing, or features that may affect your template after purchase.
SECTION 2
Canva Brand Kits
These terms apply to all Canva Brand Kit products sold by Flourish Online, including standalone Brand Kits and those purchased as an add-on to a Squarespace template.
1. What You’re Purchasing
You are purchasing a Canva Brand Kit — a set of pre-designed, fully editable brand templates including a colour palette, font pairings, logo file, social media templates, and a presentation template. All files are provided in Canva.
Your purchase includes:
Access to the Brand Kit Canva template (shared via Canva link)
An editable logo file in Canva
Social media feed and story templates (editable in Canva)
A presentation template (editable in Canva)
2. Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access your Brand Kit in Canva. A free Canva account is required. You do not need Canva Pro to access or use your Brand Kit.
Access is provided via a shared Canva template link. You will be prompted to create a copy of the template in your own Canva account.
3. Licence
Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Brand Kit for one business only. This means:
The Brand Kit is for your personal business use only
You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the Brand Kit files or the Canva template link
You cannot transfer your licence to another person or business
You cannot use the Brand Kit as the basis for creating brand templates or design products to sell to others
You may customise the Brand Kit as much as you like for your own business. Flourish Online retains all intellectual property rights in the original design.
4. Refund Policy
All Brand Kit purchases are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances once the purchase is complete, regardless of whether the Canva link has been accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Each Brand Kit is designed to match a specific Flourish Online Squarespace template. If you have questions about which kit matches your template, email us before purchasing.
5. Canva Platform
Brand Kits are delivered via Canva. Flourish Online is not affiliated with or employed by Canva Pty Ltd. We are not responsible for any changes Canva makes to its platform, features, or pricing that may affect your Brand Kit after purchase. We cannot guarantee that Canva will remain free or that specific features will remain available.
6. Fonts & Third-Party Assets
Brand Kits use fonts available within Canva’s free font library. If you wish to use your Brand Kit fonts on a website or in print, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate licences directly from the font provider. Flourish Online is not responsible for any licensing requirements associated with fonts or assets used in your Brand Kit.
SECTION 3
VIP Template Day
These terms apply to the Flourish Online VIP Template Day service.
1. What This Service Is
The VIP Template Day is a one-day template customisation service. We take your chosen Squarespace template and style it with your supplied branding, copy, and imagery so it looks and feels like your business.
This is not a custom website build. We work within the existing structure of your purchased Squarespace template — no custom coding, no new page types, and no features outside what the template already includes. Pages can be removed or substituted where the template structure allows.
2. Pricing
The VIP Template Day is $3,500 AUD + GST. If you have previously purchased a Flourish Online Squarespace Template and/or Brand Kit, that amount will be deducted from your total. No other prior purchases are deductible.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. International clients are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees.
3. Payment
Full payment is required no later than 7 days before your scheduled VIP Day. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
All payments are non-refundable once received. See Section 6 for rescheduling options.
4. What You Need to Supply
All of the following must be received 7 days before your VIP Day:
Brand guidelines (hex colour codes, fonts, and logo files)
Photography and imagery for your site
Website copy in the template section format (use our Website Copy Generator — provided after purchase)
Any integration details required (e.g. Flodesk embed code)
Any requested page changes or substitutions
Full payment
Assets not received by the deadline may not be included in your VIP Day. If insufficient assets are received, Flourish Online reserves the right to reschedule your date (subject to availability) or proceed with placeholder content in affected sections.
Copy note: Your copy will be loaded into the site if it matches the template’s section format. Copy that doesn’t fit the template structure may be held as placeholder text for you to update after handover.
5. What’s Included
Your VIP Template Day includes:
Styling of your Squarespace template with your supplied branding
Population of all active pages with your copy and imagery
Connection of one email capture integration (subject to your Squarespace plan)
Mobile optimisation across all pages
SEO setup: featured images, page titles, and meta descriptions
Page substitutions or removals within the template structure
Full admin access transferred to you on completion
Not included:
Custom coding or development outside the template
Copywriting or brand design
Your Squarespace subscription fees
Ongoing maintenance or support after handover (see Section 9)
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 21 days before your date: one free reschedule, subject to availability. No refund.
8–21 days before your date: reschedule available for a $250 AUD fee. No refund.
7 days or fewer before your date: full fee is forfeited. No reschedule available.
Failure to submit assets by the 7-day deadline is treated as a late cancellation.
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to hello@flourishonline.com.au.
7. Revisions
One round of minor amends is included after handover (small copy corrections, image swaps, minor adjustments). Additional revisions are charged at $180 AUD + GST per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with your prior approval.
8. Third-Party Platforms
You are responsible for your own Squarespace subscription and account. Flourish Online is not responsible for any changes Squarespace makes to its platform after your VIP Day. Third-party integrations are connected on a best-efforts basis and cannot be guaranteed where third-party platforms impose their own technical limitations.
9. Handover & Support
Full admin access to your completed site is transferred upon receipt of all outstanding payments. Flourish Online is available for minor technical questions within 7 days of handover at no charge. Beyond that, support is available at $180 AUD + GST per hour.
10. Intellectual Property
The template design remains the property of Flourish Online until all payments are received in full. Upon full payment, you own your completed website and all its content. You are responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate licences for any fonts or imagery used on your site.
Flourish Online reserves the right to feature your completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before your VIP Day.
11. Liability
Flourish Online’s total liability under the VIP Template Day is limited to the total amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your completed website.
