week one:
The Warm Up
This is where you’ll complete our in-depth design questionnaire, briefing us on the mood, values and vibe of your business and brand. You’ll also be assembling a ‘brand inspo’ board on Pinterest (don’t worry — it’s fun, and we’ll show you how!).
week two:
Design Deep-Dive & Delivery
We’ll meet for a 1:1 design meeting to discuss your questionnaire. Our team will then jump into action and deliver your very first design concepts by the end of the week (think: logos, colour palette, fonts and more).
week three:
Design Revisions + Website Questionnaire
This is where you’ll provide feedback and notes on your design concepts.
It’s also when you’ll fill out a questionnaire on your website needs, supply all your tech details (like the logins for your hosting etc.), and provide us with the copy for your website (unless you’ve opted for our in-house copywriter to write it for you — more on this later!).
week four
Website Meeting + Finalisation of Design Elements
By the end of this week, your new visual identity will be finished. (Woohoo!) We’ll also be meeting for our second 1:1 meeting, this time to discuss your new website.
week five
Website Blitz
With your branding elements now complete, we start our website blitz. By the end of this week, up to 3 pages of your new online home will be designed and built, with all content uploaded and beautifully laid out.
week six
Website Revisions & Delivery of Remaining Pages
With your branding elements now complete, we start our website blitz. By the end of this week, up to 3 pages of your new online home will be designed and built, with all content uploaded and beautifully laid out.
week seven
Testing & Sign Off
In our last week together, we'll make any remaining revisions, test every part of your site, and get it ready to handover to our favourite creative collaborator (you).
Whether you’re ready to launch straight away (and want us to press the ‘live’ button for you!), or you want more time to add extra content of your own, by the end of the week, we'll hand over the keys to your vibrant new site and you'll be ready to make a stunning splash in the online world.

Yep, everything — design, branding, build, integration, copy (if you’d like), project management, the works.
Our clients LOVE not having to chase up random contractors, manage multiple deadlines, or waste hours trying to explain to one freelancer what another freelancer needs. They tell us it’s a huge relief to let someone else do the mammoth job of project management for them.
Copy is a huge make-or-break factor on any website, so we’ve got three options for you —
- Our in-house copywriter can write all your copy for you,
- You can write it yourself (we’ll even give you a handy guide to walk you through the process, so you’ll know exactly what to say and how to say it)
- Or you can work with your own copywriter.
Alternatively, if your copy isn’t completed when it’s time to build your site, we can use dummy text that you can then simply and easily update with your finished copy when you’re ready.
We can export your blog from another WordPress site, but there won't be time to do this AND check the formatting of every individual blog post. (You’re welcome to request this as an add-on though.)
